Nationsbest respects intellectual property and expects users to do the same.

Reporting infringement. Send a notice to our designated agent (registration with the U.S. Copyright Office pending) at dmca@nationsbest.dev including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and URL of the infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). We will restore content 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the claimant files a court action.

Repeat infringers. We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

School and league marks. Use of school, team or league logos and uniforms requires a license from the rights holder. We remove unlicensed uses on request from the rights holder.
