Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures

By continuing, you agree that: (1) agreements, disclosures, notices and other records related to your use of the Platform may be provided to you electronically, through the Platform and by email to the address on your account; (2) your typed name, click of an "I agree" or "Sign" button, or similar action constitutes your electronic signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and applicable state law; (3) you have a device with internet access, a current browser, an email account, and the ability to view and save PDF or HTML documents; (4) you may request a paper copy of any record by emailing legal@nationsbest.dev; and (5) you may withdraw this consent by the same means, which will end your ability to enter agreements on the Platform. We retain signed records and their audit trail for at least seven years.
